Benjamin’s 15 years in the property and health industry throughout South-East Asia has spanned the private and public sectors. He is the President Director of Living Well Seniors Communities™ and was Director of one of Asia-Pacific’s largest architectural and design practices specialising in seniors residential care delivering projects in Australia, Malaysia & Indonesia.
Benjamin has worked at the forefront of Indonesia’s aged care sector and is a co-founder of the Asosiasi Seniors Living Indonesia. His work has been featured in ABC Television, Bisnis Indonesia newspaper, Bloomberg Television, the Jakarta Post newspaper, Investor Daily, Kompas newspaper, the Jakarta Globe and BusinessWeek magazine.
In 2019 he was awarded for the development and operation of premium seniors’ clubhouses in Jakarta by the Ageing Asia International Innovation Forum (Singapore).
Fluent in English and Indonesian, Benjamin studied a Bachelor of Public Policy & Management at the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Dementia Care from the University of Tasmania’s Wicking Institute.
Steven Tirtawidjaja

Steven Tirtawidjaja is a Partner of Helios Capital, a renowned Financial Advisory Firm with more than 15 years experience.
Helios Capital specialise in M&A Advisory, Capital Raising and Debt Restructuring with a long list of closed deals ranging from USD 10 million up to 300 million.
Steven’s extensive experience covers a broad range of industries including oil & gas, mining, plantation, hospital, automotive manufacturing, property, and retail. He began his career at PT Toyota Astra Motor, prior to joining Toyota Motor Corporation, Australia. Upon returning to Indonesia, Steven joined Northstar Equity Partners as the VP of Operations/Business Development in the Energy Sector.
Steven holds a Bachelors’ degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University, United States and a Masters’ degree in Business Administration from Melbourne University, Australia.
Dr Zarfiel Tafal

Dr Zarfiel is one of Indonesia’s foremost health academics.
He currently serves as head of Universitas Indonesia’s Health Education and Behavioral Sciences unit at the School for Public Health and is the Editor of Indonesia’s Health Journal after a 41 year career at Indonesia’s most prestigious academic institution.
Dr Zarfiel has presented at symposiums across the world and has been directly engaged by leading organisations including the World Bank, United Nations, International Monetary Fund, AusAid, USAid and the Geneva Foundation for Medical Research.
Dr Zarfiel holds a Masters in Public Health from the University of Philippines and a Doctorate in Public Health from Universitas Indonesia.
