CitraPremier is a joint project in collaboration with Ciputra Developments.
The lakeside clubhouse is located in the CitraGarden City township, West Jakarta providing seniors services for our VIP members within picturesque gardens. Our programs are designed to foster new skills, meet new friends and facilitate better physical and mental health. Daily activities include fitness classes, social activities, educational workshops and wellness programmes complimented by all day dining and chef-prepared meals. Health checkups are also provided by trained staff from Ciputra Hospital.
Ciputra Developments is considered the pioneer of real estate in Indonesia. The CitraGarden City township developed by Ciputra in 1984 is one of 74 residential development sites undertaken by Ciputra Developments throughout Indonesia.
In 2019, Living Well and Ciputra Developments were awarded at the Ageing Asia awards in Singapore for the development and operation of CitraPremier.

The Adina Lifestyle clubhouse is a joint project in collaboration with Agung Sedayu Group opening in 2025.
The luxury clubhouse is located in the prestigious Pasir Putih township in Pantai Indah Kapuk 2, North Jakarta operating Monday – Friday. Our programs are carefully crafted to promote skill-building, social connections, and overall well-being through a blend of physical fitness classes, engaging social activities, educational workshops, and healthy dining options, all designed to support both mental and physical health.
Agung Sedayu Group is a leading property developer dating back to to 1971. Its multiple flagship projects include its massive 6000 hectare development, Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 – The New Jakarta – offering a mix of residential, commercial, retail and leisure spaces.
In 2024 a Memorandum of Understanding was signed with Agung Sedayu Group for the provision of seniors services in PIK2.

The Adina Lifestyle residences are a joint project in collaboration with Agung Sedayu Group opening in 2026.
The 92 premium residences are located in Agung Sedayu Group’s luxury Pasir Putih township within the new Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 (PIK 2). The residences have been designed for independent and assisted living catering for the growing number of seniors seeking excellent service and care supported by round the clock trained staff.
Agung Sedayu Group, a leading Indonesian property developer, has recently unveiled PIK 2, a 6000 hectare integrated community offering luxurious apartments, offices, retail spaces, and green parks, catering to the needs of modern living, work, and leisure, in the heart of Jakarta’s growing business hub.
In 2024, Agung Sedayu Group and our company entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate on providing senior living services within the PIK2 township, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to delivering high-quality lifestyle options for seniors.

The premium dementia village is located in Kintamani, Bali designed by a world leading design team providing a safe and stimulating environment for residents and their family. The 84 residences and the surrounding gardens and amenities have been carefully designed to reflect the special needs of residents and are supported by round the clock trained staff in collaboration with the new Bali International Hospital.
Residents receive the highest level of care, with a caregiver-to-resident ratio that ensures personalised attention and support for each individual.

Our talent pool includes qualified nurses who hold a Certificate III (Individual Support) and have completed work experience at our Australian-managed facilities in Indonesia.
Talent Connect is an exciting program that empowers Indonesian nurses who have met Australian educational standards, work experience and English testing requirements to seek new opportunities as Personal Care Attendants in Australia.
Our pilot program has been launched with the support of the Indonesian & Australian government’s IA-CEPA ECP Katalis program, a unique, five-year (2020-25) government-backed business development program unlocking the vast economic potential of the partnership between Australia and Indonesia.
